  • Fork survey - yet another poll. If you just want to view some rigid forks, take a look at the fork gallery.

  • Check out the user-modifiable events calendar.

  • Matt Chester chat transcript. Yes, Matt Chester was in the Hangout for a live chat session and generally just shoot the breeze. Check out the transcript for news on some upcoming framesets.

  • Survey on frame metals.

  • For those of you that want a "singlespeed.net" email alias such as yourdesiredname@singlespeed.net which forwards to your regular email account email me and I'll get you set up. Also, it'd be way cool if you sign yourself up in the Rider Roster area so that other singlespeeders might be able to hook up with you for riding.

  • In conjunction with One Speed Revolution, here's a special offer on getting a free issue of their 'zine which is dedicated to our passion for singlespeeding. Just email them by clicking this link and include your shipping address in your message body.

(Sorry, but this offer is only for the U.S. You will need to request special arrangements for shipping if you're elsewhere in the world.)

All articles and pictorials have now moved to the "Trails & Rides" page.

The Path Bike Shop in Tustin, CA.

Karl and Tani both SS, and are some of the coolest guys you could ride with. Stop by the shop to watch videos shot by local riders, or just shoot the breeze... Of course, they stock SS parts - even King SS hubs! Email them at tani@thepathbikeshop.com for your SS needs. I have the good fortune of this being one of my local shops!

    Sites In Spotlight

Keep informed of important local issues at the Warrior's Society website. This organization is dedicated to preservation and improvement of trails in the Trabuco district of the Cleveland National Forest. They are also host of the Vision Quest event, one of the most challenging mountain-bike rides around.

Are your local bike shops somewhat lacking in supporting your singlespeeding needs? If so, mail order might be just the ticket. And if you're going to do mail-order, why not support shops that live and understand singlespeeding. Webcyclery is one such shop. Check 'em out!

Singlespeeding in the UK? On-One makes and sells some very cool singlespeed frames and components. How's about curing your singlespeed wantons with a Reetarded Inbred?
