Here are some interesting cranks that I've used on various builds of my singlespeeds
(except for the Profile Ti, which I have only one arm of).
The important thing to keep in mind is that running just one gear will place a lot
of stress on the drivetrain, so use a crankset that is appropriate for your weight
and power. As for crank length, a lot of that depends on your personal preference,
along with your bodily dimensions. A good starting point is around 175mm for offroad use.
