I just recently flipped my stem (it was in the down position), and it is like night and day. It is so much more comfortable and I feel in more control. I still would like a wider bar, for more leverage, to get the cockpit just right. However, I am having trouble finding anything over 26 or 27 inches. I would like a 28 or maybe(?) 29 inch bar (I'm 6'4" and have long arms). If anyone out there has a suggestion or link to a long handlebar, preferably riser, I would appreciate it.

Also, I live in a rocky area, and am running fully rigid (CroMo fork/ aluminum frame). Anny suggestions on fat tires? I have seen a few out there with Kendas, but don't know which model. They should help to soften the ride, but its hard to tell online if something is fat. Thanks for any help!
